Havkraft moves out of the Lab

After extensive planning, development work, and technical preparations, Havkraft has now started production of our new pilot unit. The project marks an important new phase in the company’s efforts to advance a wave power technology that can contribute to more sustainable offshore energy production.

The pilot is being developed in collaboration with EasyForm, a company with solid experience and strong expertise in composite materials and the fabrication of advanced technological products. Together, we are producing a scaled composite unit that will play a key role in demonstrating and further optimizing the Havkraft technology.

EasyForm has proven to be a reliable and innovative partner, delivering high quality and great flexibility throughout the production process. We highly value the close collaboration and the technical insight that EasyForm brings to the project.

This new pilot represents a significant milestone for Havkraft. Through systematic testing, we will further mature the technology and collect valuable data to verify performance and efficiency under real-sea conditions. These results will provide a strong foundation for the next step — scaling up toward full commercial deployment.

With this pilot, Havkraft takes another important step toward realizing our ambition of delivering clean, renewable energy from ocean waves — a resource with vast potential in the global energy mix
